Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it:
- Unworn or unused
- With tags
- In its original packaging
You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can assess the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom products (special orders, personalized items)
- Personal care goods (beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Note: We do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have and, once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the desired product.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period in the European Union
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it:
- Unworn or unused
- With tags
- In its original packaging
You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
